My out-of-pocket fee is $180 a session. I do have a limited capacity to do a sliding scale rate for some clients. Please contact me for further information.

I work with emerging adults and above. I take a client-centered approach to cater to your needs. I specialize in life transitions, trauma, eating disorders, and mood disorders.

I currently only provide virtual sessions.

I ask that you cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel an appointment, or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will unfortunately result in a full-session charge.
Because services are not rendered in the case of a missed session or late cancellation, insurance cannot be billed and the client will be responsible for the full session fee.

During your consultation, we will discuss the reasons that brought you into therapy and the goals for our sessions moving forward.
I will share my approach to therapy, practice policies, and help us determine the best place to start as you begin your therapeutic journey.
